Our Policy
We accept refund requests within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@briskebyco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your request within 1–2 business days.
If approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to return the item — it is yours to keep.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Requests made after 14 days of delivery
- Damage caused by misuse or normal wear
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. If you have not received your refund after 10 days, please contact us.
