Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in original packaging. Custom and bespoke orders are non-returnable. To start a return, email hello@lysgaarden.com with your order number and a brief description. We respond within 2 business days with instructions. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
